Kandooma Island Resort is being refurbished and is set to reopen in JUNE 2008.
35 Kilometres from the airport, Kandooma Island is on the South Ari Atoll. All the usual maldive activities will be available, namely Scuba Diving, Snorkeling, Windsurfing, Catamaran Sailing, Canoeing, Water Skiing, Jet Skiing, Banana boats and fishing excursions.
Accomodation on Kandooma Island is set to be high quality.
We have given average marks since we will not be in a position to review this resort until next year.

This Island is now owned and managed by HPL Hotels & Resorts. It's no longer the low budget no frills product that it was. Kandooma Tourist Resort will be a Lifestyle Resort when it opens in mid 2008. Info can be viewed at www.kandooma-maldives.com
