Lohifushi has been transformed in a top notch 4 star resort.
Now called Huduranfushi it is a very good destination for luxury sunseekers or surfers on a budget. The resort is excellent, the villas clean and well decorated (we loved the lagoon side) and the food was up to the Maldive standard. We dived with Manta Rays - what a fabulous experience. All scuba divers should go to the maldives at least once. The rays actually circled us. We were at about 10m with perfect vis when three of them came up from below. I was awestruck.
