Vilamendhoo Island is one of the pearls of the Maldives. Well run and beautifully maintained. Small is most definitely beautiful on this tiny spot of land in an ocean of tranquil blue.
Vilamendhoo Island is also one of the world's best diving spots. The coconut coctails are a must and the people are lovely. I cannot think of a reason not to go right now. I think Vilamendhoo Island Resort holidays should be made compulsory.

The truth now is that global warming is going to ruin the Maldives, no matter what. So, although it isn't a green thing to do, I want to visit the reefs before they are gone forever.
Vilamendhoo Island is great
I agree with Lucy and so do thousands of others. This island has an excellent reputation with a wonderful beach and amazing creatures beneath the waters.

I cannot believe how people can slate this island. I literally cant pick fault with villamendhoo island. we had the best holiday we could ever wish for. the food, the accomadation, staff, diving and trips were excellant, we would defineltly go back again and would recomend it to any one, familys,couples,honeymoon and even the elderly. please dont listen to the negative reviews; its amazing!
