Maldives Visa

Travel requirements for visiting the Maldive Islands.

The good news is that No prior visa is required to enter the Republic of Maldives.

Visitors who arrive at Male airport or any of the other designated ports of entry will be granted a standard 30 day tourist visa provided the following requirements are met:

That the visitor has a valid passport or other international travel document issued by a recognised government.
That the visitor has a valid return air ticket.
That the visitor has a minimum of US$30.00 per person per day spending money or has a confirmed hotel reservation for the intended period of stay.

So, in short, don't worry about visas for the Maldives.
